 Its spring in the Alleghenies and we all know what that means... Trout Fishing! There is no better place to to experience the excitement than the kids fishing derby held every year in the quiet town of Dysart. Quiet, but not today as 144 kids surround a pond stocked with 670 trout.

  The derby is 3 hours long and the families come together for more fun than you can imagine, come visit the derby.

 With the generosity of the sponsors every child fishing today will go home with a prize and the winners in each age group will win a new rod and reel combo. There was even hot dogs and soda for the small anglers to enjoy at no charge.
